我非常喜欢GTK的理念，因为当今中国文化和经济的急速变化，有时使得社会中的个体越来越难跟上环境和观念的变化，而GTK提供建议、工作坊、面对面的交谈, 让个体更能适应各自的多种社会角色。尤其是现代社会中的女性在职业生涯中的角色转换，女性不得不兼顾事业和家庭两头。中国的国际化也使得国际间的交流尤为重要。我很期待为GTK继续提供咨询服务。

I'm very excited about GTK because it provides the services needed in China's changing society.? With the culture and economy changing so quickly in China, it is sometimes hard for the individual to keep up with changing social norms as well. GTK provides advice, workshops, and face to face counseling that is current with changing social roles, with the changing role of women in the workplace and with the increasingly busy work schedules that we all have.? China continues to play a larger role in the world and it is therefore important to have an exchange of ideas from country to country.?I look forward to my continued consultation with GTK.
